This is a charming one bedroom 16th century cottage located in the seaside village of Rottingdean, 3 miles along the coast from the cosmopolitan city of Brighton. There is a full range of local shops, banks and restaurants, and the cottage is a 5 minute walk from the beach. There is a frequent bus service to both Brighton and Eastbourne (via Beachy Head) and an undercliff walk from here to the Brighton Marina.

The accommodation sleeps 2-4 people, and has exposed beams, a large inglenook fireplace, gas central heating, sitting room with 2 settees (one of which converts to a double futon), LCD TV, DVD and CD player. Wi-Fi available.

The double bedroom has an en-suite wet room with toilet and hand basin. There is a newly installed covered hot tub at the rear of the property.

Property to let from £350 per week (inclusive of bedding, towels, heating and hot water).

Bed and Breakfast may be available from £75 per night.
